10+ Panther Chameleon Eggs

We took Skye’s bucket of sand out of her cage, and carefully dug down into the sand.
We found at least 10 tiny white eggs, then put them back until we get the incubater we ordered.
I’ll let you know how that goes when we get it.

I finally took a picture of Skye yesterday when I went in to water her for the second time of the day.
I keep wanting to go and check on her to make sure she is ok, but I don’t want to bother her too much.

Skye finished digging her hole last night.
She moved from the ficus plant with the  potting soil into a container that we’d filled with sand and put in the cage last year.
When we walked into check on her she was perched on the walls of the cage with sand all over her nose.

Toads Play With Their Food Too

Kids aren’t the only ones that play with their food.
Jeff was watching the fire bellied toads we are watching after he fed them the other day.
One of the toads grabbed a cricket, chewed it up for a minute then spat it out.
