Ever wonder why they call them Ball Pythons?

We took Sheila and Monty, our ball pythons outside, and Sheila was a little nervous at first so she spent most of her time outside in a ball.

After Jeff came out and started holding her she relaxed a little, and started to explore the back yard.

It was so funny - we were both hovering over the snakes, and following behind them to make sure nothing swooped down and got them.

Jeff saw a hawk in the area last year, and we didn’t want to take any chances.
